Where Got Food started at the beginning of the Circuit Breaker last April because of the dine-in restrictions. We noticed the F&B industry’s need then, and started our platform as a goodwill initiative to encourage people to order directly from eateries providing islandwide delivery, instead of through major delivery platforms which charged high commissions.
Because of the pandemic, we’ve witnessed many services and events transitioning online, which has helped businesses survive throughout this tough period. Now that we’ve entered Phase 3, we realised that delivery is no longer as essential. We’ve always been about helping our local eateries, and as the F&B industry continues to evolve, we would like to expand our services to cater to the changing needs of our local eateries as well.
